Structural behaviour of CFRP reinforced concrete members under monotonic and cyclic long-term loading

چکیده
Abstract A large percentage of the damages to reinforced concrete structures is caused by corrosion reinforcement steel, which often leads expensive repairs or new construction existing structures. Due their high strength and resistance corrosion, reinforcements made carbon fibre-reinforced polymers (CFRP) are becoming more important in structural engineering. It expected, that service life CFRP (RC) members can be significantly increased as strength-reduction due negligible compared conventional RC members. Therefore, precise knowledge long-term behaviour required order ensure safe economic design. This paper presents experimental investigations on well steel-reinforced under monotonic cyclic loading with varying load levels, different cross-sectional shapes shear slendernesses.
